Free 30-min audit

Find where your business leaks time and money.

A free 30-minute working session with a senior engineer. You leave knowing your biggest leak, what it costs you a year, and the one fix worth building first — whether or not we build it. No slides, no pitch deck, no pressure.

  • Built by a senior team
  • Fixed price, in writing
  • 30 minutes, no slides

Operations don't break overnight.
They erode quietly.

Manual work eats your team

Your best people spend hours on tasks an AI agent could finish in seconds — copying data between tools, answering the same questions, chasing approvals that should be automatic.

Your data sits silent

You're collecting customer signals, ops events, financials — but it lives in spreadsheets and SaaS dashboards no one reads. The insight is there. The system to surface it isn't.

Off-the-shelf doesn't fit

Generic SaaS forces your business to bend around its workflows. We build systems that bend around how your team actually operates.

A real working session,
not a sales call.

  • A map of where your operation leaks time and money — each leak sized in dollars, with the arithmetic shown
  • The fixes you can do yourself, for free — named as such
  • The one build we'd do first, with what it costs and what it recovers
  • A written next-step recommendation — build with us, internally, or don't build

The written report lands within two business days of the call. If we're a fit, you'll also get a proposal — fixed scope, fixed price — within three business days. If we're not, we'll tell you why and we don't go further.

30 minutes. No slides. No pitch deck.

Audit → Proposal → Build → Deliver

01

Audit

A free working session to map your workflows and find the highest-leverage place to start. You leave with a plan — whether or not we build it.

02

Proposal

Within three business days, you get a written proposal: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. No hourly billing.

03

Build

We design and ship the system against your real data, in your real environment. Most projects ship in four to six weeks.

04

Deliver

You sign off only when the system does what the proposal said it would. If it doesn't, we fix it — or you get your money back.

Nothing, until it's working.

  • Free, diagnostic audit. 30 minutes with a senior engineer, not a salesperson. "We can't help you" is a real possible outcome.
  • Fixed price, in writing. Scope, price, and timeline locked before you pay. The project can't quietly expand.
  • 30-day fix-or-refund. If the finished system doesn't match the spec, we have 30 days to correct it. If it still doesn't, you get a full refund.
  • You own what we build. Your system, your configuration, your data. No vendor lock-in.

Before you book.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No card, no commitment, no slide deck. A 30-minute working call with a senior engineer who'd build your system — not an account manager.

What does it cost if we go ahead?

Most projects land between $3,000 and $8,000, fixed price. You see the exact number in a written proposal before you commit. No hourly billing, no scope that quietly expands.

What if you can't help me?

Then we tell you that, and we don't go further. The audit is genuinely diagnostic. "This isn't worth building right now" is a real possible outcome.

Do I need to know AI?

No. The audit and proposal are in plain language — what the system does, what it costs, what changes for your customers. The technical decisions are ours to carry.

What if the system doesn't work?

Every proposal spells out exactly what your system will do, in checkable terms. If it doesn't meet that spec, we have 30 days to fix it. If it still doesn't, you get a full refund.

Who is the audit for?

Owner-run businesses that are profitable and busy — where the owner still sits in the middle of daily operations and knows something is broken. That's where the leaks are big enough for a build to pay back. If your operation is smaller than that, we'll say so honestly rather than sell you a fix that won't pay for itself.

Worth 30 minutes?

You'll walk away with a plan. We'll know whether there's a fit. Either way, no slides.
