We sit with the people doing the work, map every manual step, and measure what it costs in hours and errors. You get a written report naming the workflows worth automating, each with a fixed price. Go ahead with any build within 90 days and the $2,500 comes off the price.

Priced per workflow, support for 3 workflows would be $18,000 a year. Per organization it is $9,000, which is why we price it that way.
What’s in scope, and what happens when it isn’t
What counts as one workflow
One process, from the moment it starts to the moment it produces its result, with the rules written down in the audit report. If a step has to be done by a person, it’s inside the workflow and we automate it or design around it.

Change orders
Anything outside the scope agreed in the audit report is quoted as a separate fixed-price change order before any work starts. You approve it in writing or it doesn’t happen. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.

Why isn’t the audit free?
Because it’s real work with a real result. Two weeks of mapping your processes and costing them produces a report you can act on whether or not you hire us, and we’ve found that a paid audit gets read and used while a free one gets filed. If you go ahead with any build within 90 days, the full $2,500 is credited against it, so for anyone who proceeds the audit costs nothing.
What exactly does the day-60 guarantee cover?
Completion. If the workflow agreed in the audit report isn’t live and working by day 60 from kickoff, we keep working at no additional charge until it is. We do not promise a specific number of hours saved, because that depends on how your team uses it, and we would rather make a promise we can keep.
Why is support priced per organization instead of per workflow?
Because our cost doesn’t scale that way. Most of the support effort is knowing your systems, watching them, and being reachable when something upstream changes. The first workflow carries almost all of that; the fourth adds very little. Pricing per workflow would make four workflows cost more to maintain than an off-the-shelf software subscription, which isn’t a fair comparison for you to be stuck with.
Can we start with one workflow and add more later?
Yes, and most clients do. Each additional workflow is $15,000, or quoted as part of a bundle if you’re adding several. Your Keep it Running tier moves up only when you cross a threshold, and year one on the new workflow is still included.
Where is our data hosted?
In Canada, on infrastructure we operate for you. The data is yours; you can export it at any time, and if you ever end the support agreement you keep everything that was built.
What happens if one of our other systems changes?
That’s what Keep it Running is for. If your accounting software, email provider, or a government portal changes how it works, we update the automation as part of your annual price. A wholly new system that wasn’t in the original scope is a change order.
Do you work with organizations outside First Nations governments?
Yes. Most of our work is with First Nations governments, and the same fixed-price engagement applies to enterprises running a process by hand.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes.
